美國大型企業少數女性執行長薪酬中位數高於男性執行長中位數，但在年薪排行榜上遠遠落後。美聯社報導，人氣商品CP值爆表根據數據統計公司Equilar，2018會計年度女執行長年薪中位數為1270萬美元（近新台幣4億元），男執行長中位數為1120萬美元。與一年前相較，女執行長年薪上升68萬美元、男執行長增54萬美元。. } }); } 統熱門商品下殺計的340家企業中只有19家由女性當家，並無女執行長年薪進入前20名。Discovery集團執行長薩斯拉夫（David Zaslav）年薪最高，達1億2950萬美元，為最高薪女執行長的六倍左右。通用汽車的瑪麗．貝拉（Mary Barra）在女執行長排名第一，年薪2190萬美元，和一年前相同；第二名為洛克希德馬丁的瑪莉蓮．修森（Marillyn Hewson），年薪2150萬美元，較一年前成長7%；第三名的通用動力執行長菲比．諾瓦科維（Phebe Novakovic）年薪2070萬美元。女性進入職場比率與男性相當，但職位層級愈高，女性比率愈少，原因包括潛意識偏差、缺乏前輩指導及雇主喜歡聘用與自己形象相同員工。Catalyst執行長羅琳．哈立頓（Lorraine Hariton）表示，雖然每年的女性最高主管數據讓人失望，長期而言仍有進展。近期公布的財星500大企業資料顯示，女執行長人數增加，以33人創下新高，不過大部分是近一年上任的。董事會中的女性比例也逐漸增加，有助女性邁向執行長之路。哈立頓並表示，研究顯示，消費者日漸期最近流行商品彌月送禮推薦待看到企業及執行長對環境及挖好康暢銷產品社會議題採取行動，包括多元化。美國大型企業少數女性執行長的薪酬中位數高於男性，但無人進入高薪榜前20名。路透 分享 facebook
高雄輕軌二階第二列車輛順利卸載
【記者楊國樑高雄報導】高雄環狀輕軌建設第二階段統包工程，統包商中國鋼鐵股份有限公司向法商阿爾斯通（Alstom）採購輕軌車輛，第二列車歷經1個多月的海運，12月10日運抵基隆港後， 13日凌晨4時左右抵達高雄輕軌前鎮機廠，並進行車廂卸載作業。
阿爾斯通位於法國拉洛歇爾(La Rochelle)之工廠正積極進行輕軌二階車輛製造工作，目前已有三列車完成出廠作業。第一列車已於今年9月份開始在輕軌二階C15-C17路段執行上線測試，第二列車於本(13)日運抵高雄，第三列車亦正海運來台，預訂108年1月中旬抵達高雄。
捷運局吳局長義隆表示，輕軌第二階段工程進度至11月底已逾47%。目前C15-C17車站已完成，並持續進行裝修收尾及軌道植草等施工作業；C32-C37路段(東臨港線路段)已進行圍籬佈設、路基開挖及鋪軌等施工作業。其中C15-C17路段機電系統相關供電、號誌、通訊、自動收費等子系統設備已完成安裝並進行測試作業，同時配合首列車於該路段進行介面測試作業，讓輕軌二階車輛實際上線驗證系統營運功能，務期早日達成提供民眾便捷大眾運輸服務之目標。2018/12/13
